Account Upgrade for Other Countries
This page is only for users who bought a SPINSIGHT Starter Kit in the Beta phase (before 15. October 2025) in countries that are not officially supported yet. We will temporarily upgrade your free account until your country is officially supported.
Steps to do:
- Check your SPINSIGHT Account
- Try to sign in at https://app.spinsight.com/signin with your email
- Success: This is your SPINSIGHT account.
- Error "Wrong password"
- There is an account with that email address but it uses a different password.
- Click the link on the page to reset your password.
- Error "Email is not registered"
- You need to create and activate a new free account with your email address.
- Create a free account on https://app.spinsight.com/signup
- Success: This is your SPINSIGHT account.
- Try to sign in at https://app.spinsight.com/signin with your email
- Fill out this form and push submit:
- We will upgrade your account and inform you by email.
- You can already use your free account and after upgrade it will have all features enabled.
- Continue using the TestFlight App for measurement until the App in the App Store is available in your country.

- If you switched to "Features: latest" before, you need to switch back to "Features: stable" in the settings.
- Continue using the Web Browser for display until the App in the App Store is available in your country.

Once your country is officially supported you will get the email with the regular subscription voucher.
